2006 Specialized Epic Mountain Bike
This is a 2006 Specialized Epic bike. It was purchased in March 2006. It was used primarily for every day rides as well as some cross country racing. Bike was originally an Epic Disc, but has seen signifigant upgrades since purchase. Bike has minimal wear and tear, a few scratches and no dents. Wheels alone are worth $1000.00. The following is a list of the bike’s components:
*Frame: S Works M5 butted with ORE tubes, sealed cartridge bearing pivots,
two sets of cage bosses, 100 mms of travel. Carbon shock linkage.
*Fork: Fox racing RL 100, 100 mms of travel.
*Shock: Fox racing Float R, with Specialized Brain fade technology.
*Brakes: Avid Juicy 7 with toolless pad adjustment, 185 mm rotor front, 160 mm rear.
*Wheels: Mavic Crossmax SL.
*Tires: Specialized Fast Trak 26×2.0 (brand new).
*Crank Set: Truvativ Stylo with Stylo GXP (gigapipe).
*Pedals: None.
*Rear Derailleur: Shimano Deore XTR.
*Front Derailleur: Shimano Deore LX.
*Shifters: Deore LX.
*H-bar: Bontrager Race Lite 40 mm rise, 7 degrees sweep.
*Stem: Specialized 31.8 clamp.
This bike has been well-maintained. Used, but not abused. This is a great bike-I had no complaints, just decided to upgrade. If you have any questions, please email me.
