GT I- drive 1.0 Aluminium Frame! Awesome frame! Top of the line!
The auction is for the frame, shock, headset, and extra hard to find parts. Frame is used and shows normal wear and tear, shock holds air but could use a rebuild, and headset (FSA Pig DH) bottom bearing is a little rough. I am including the XT front derailleur, and rear derailleur hanger. I removed the rear V brake bosses but will include them if I can find them. This frame is very solid and was a joy to ride, I tried to capture the paint scratches/wear but noticed it does not show well. The picture showing the seat stays below the shock mount shows the paint removed from mud and rocks on a muddy ride, the one of the down tube near the bottom bracket shows some rock chips, drive side chain stay shows wear from the couple of times it chain sucked.
Shock is a Fox float RL that works well but could use a trip to Push Industries in Colorado. I replaced the pivot bearings, seals, and inner races in June and upgraded the main body with a 7075 T6 version at that time I also changed the dog bone bushing.
If you have never riden an i-drive you have to try one, they climb well and can handle just about anything you throw at them. I had a dual lock out setup for a while, with full lock out it climbed like a mountain goat. When it was built it weighed in at 29lbs with a full saddle bag, and GPS. I will also include the printed manuals I have for the frame and shock, they explain how to service and adjust the frame.
The spare parts include:
2 x rear pivot bushings (one new, one used)
2 x rear pivot bushing bolts
2 x 7075 T6 races/cups (match the main body I used but they need to be pressed into the frame)
2 x 6061 (new) races/cups
3 x main pivot bearings, 1 new, 2 used(original from frame that have been cleaned and still in good shape)
1 x set of main pivot seals
1 x (extra) derailleur hanger
1 x seat post binder
1 x (extra) dog bone (from XCR 3000 that has needle bearings instead of bushings)
4 x (new) dog bone bushings
1 x frame cap for tube front derailleur mounts on
